- Representing a retail group in Hong Kong in a dispute with the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department in relation to source of profits and deductibility of expenditures
- Representing a US private equity fund in an investment dispute with a Chinese joint-venture partner in a HKIAC administered arbitration
- Representing various directors in a just and equitable winding up and an unfair prejudice petition before the Hong Kong High Court
- Advising and handling trust disputes on behalf of trustees, personal representatives and beneficiaries
