Emma Ng is a Senior Associate of Karas So LLP. She specialises in complex multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation, with a focus on corporate insolvency and fraud-related matters.
Emma has a wealth of experience representing clients in claims against company directors for breaches of fiduciary duty, as well as claims against banks and other third-party recipients of misappropriated assets for assisting breaches of fiduciary duty.
